Donna’s career spans more than 20 years of global, multi-channel and strategic marketing experience, with highlights that include leadership roles at Reader’s Digest and Investor’s Business Daily. As the VP of Marketing at AccessWay, She oversees campaign planning and implementation, branding, and content strategy development.

Alon has spent 20 years leading direct and indirect sales and sales management activities, including releasing new products internationally in Europe and Asia. His responsibilities for AccessWay include overseeing direct sales and channels in addition to recruitment and management of sales teams around the globe.

After roles as a law firm partner, department head at an international law firm, and outside general counsel, Shira moved to AccessWay to lead Legal Affairs. In addition to directing internal legal strategy and planning, she assists clients through the AccessWay Legal Support Program.

Before joining AccessWay, Raghavendra served on the accessibility team at IBM and was the Senior Accessibility Consultant and Product Manager for Deque Systems. Raghavendra provides leadership in the area of disability awareness to help AccessWay realize its mission of making the internet accessible for everyone.

As the Head of HR for AccessWay, Dana was instrumental in building the staff from a small crew at startup to our global team at IPO. She oversees all aspects of human resource management, from policies and practices to strategy and talent development.

Adam spent more than a decade closing successful business deals with global brands ranging from Coca-Cola to Jaguar before joining AccessWay. As our Chief Strategy Officer, he guides our sales teams to meet the needs of enterprise customers and helps create new opportunities for AccessWay to expand.
